Freshly Baked to Order

  • All our brownies and cookies are handmade in small batches. Because they’re perishable, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges unless something goes wrong in Transit.


Shipping &  Delivery

  • Dispatch days: Monday–Friday only.
  • Delivery service: Next Day Delivery (applies the day after dispatch, not the day of order).
  • Timing: Please allow 1–2 working days for us to bake and pack your order before it ships.

  • Delays: Once your parcel is with the courier, timing is out of our control. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, so please order early for special Occasions.


Important to Know

  • Box size: Our boxes don’t fit through a standard letterbox — someone must be available to receive them.
  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. Once dispatched, we cannot change addresses.
  • Missed deliveries: You’ll get tracking information from the courier. Refunds will not be given if delivery is missed because nobody was home or the address was incorrect.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us. Replacements will only be issued once you have filed a claim with the courier and provided the claim reference number.


In short

  • We bake fresh, we ship fast, and 99% of parcels arrive on time. For the rare hiccup, we’ll do our best to put it right.
