How It Works
1 Dino point earnt for every £0.10 spent
For every £0.10 spent online or in-store, you will earn 1 Dino point (essentially you will be earning 10% back on your purchase!). Dino points are synchronised across our store and online so you can buy oour delicious cookies and brownies in any location safe in the knowledge that you'll be earning your Dino points.
Dino points become redeemable at a balance of 1,000+
Once you have earnt 1000 Dino points (£100+ spent in-store or online), your reward balance will unlock ready for you to redeem and spend on any of our products. If your balance falls below 1000 Dino points, your redeemable points will lock until your balance go back to at least 1000 points. When you do redeem your points, you can choose to redeem your full balance or you can also redeem in custom values.
Minimum redemption = 100 Dino points (£1 off)
Once your Dino points balance reaches 1000+ points and your points unlock, you are able to redeem any amount you like, within a minimum redeemable quantity of 100 Dino points (£1 off). This means that you can tailor your redemption vs what you'd like to buy - super flexible.
Each redemption valid for single transaction only
Each redemption triggers an auto-generated one-time code that is valid for only 1 transaction. Because of this, if the full value of the code is not redeemed within that transaction, unfortunately the remaining balance will be forfeited.
Any residual value will be forfeited
Because the generated codes are only valid for 1 transaction, unfortunately any residual value not used in the transaction is forfeited. However, we have made the process very flexible as you can redeem a custom value thereby tailoring it exactly to the purchase you would like to make.

Please note that Dino point redemption codes cannot be used in combination with any other discount or voucher codes. They are also only valid on product value, not shipping cost. Your Dino points balance and account is linked to your mobile phone number and therefore if you register an account with another email address and the same phone number, your points will accrue to the original account you signed up with.
